Our Mission

Our mission is to help organizations reach and sustain their ignition point through the integration and alignment of business processes, people, and technology. We work with senior management to identify and implement efforts that leverage strengths, eliminate weaknesses, capitalize on opportunities, and minimize threats. Our unique approach puts a special emphasis on the strategic use of diverse human capital and transformational technology.

Who We Are

Having worked with nonprofits around the country, our consultants are internationally sought-after speakers and trainers. They been recognized by industry watchers such as atd and Bersin Associates. They have authored articles published in publications such as HR Magazine and Recruiter.com. Mr. McKim is the author of the bestseller The Diversity Factor: Igniting Superior Organizational Performance and has worked with the NH Center for Nonprofits on its DEI strategy.

Our Services

We Consult: We firmly believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to organizational performance. Each organization has unique needs and long-term goals. Through advice and meeting facilitation we help our clients identify goals, custom-build, and execute long-term strategies that measurably improve organizational performance by making workplace inclusion and belonging a reality for team members from any and every walk of life.

We Teach: Training can be an effective starting point to a long-term strategy, as well as a vital course-correction when challenges arise. We encourage our clients to think beyond compliance, and beyond ‘check-the-box’ mentality. The workshops and training our consultants provide are entry points for transformational, expansive discussions on how everyone in the workplace can more effectively show up for one another and ignite organizational performance

We Speak: The first step to creating meaningful dialogue around improvement is to become comfortable being uncomfortable. Our speaking engagements - whether delivered in a room of 1,000 people or 10, via Zoom or in-person - are extremely interactive. They are designed to create an atmosphere where the uncomfortable is something to lean into, rather than shy away from.

Our high-energy, interactive keynote presentations set the tone for how DEI or technology can ignite organizational performance. They provide tangible actions companies of any size can take to set the right foundation for growth, sustainability, and success, through the cutting-edge application of DEI or technology best practices. By meeting audiences where they are, we provide clear roadmaps to creating workplaces of greater understanding where everyone can bring their various perspectives to the organization can thrive.
