Spaulding Youth Center, located on a spacious campus in Northfield, NH, is a nonprofit dedicated to improving and enriching the lives of emotionally and/or intellectually challenged children, youth and their families. We seek talented people to join our professional staff who are committed to helping children and youth with autism, or neurological and behavioral challenges to achieve their full potential.

Spaulding seeks an organized, self-motivated, flexible Family Worker to join our clinical team by providing case management and psychoeducation to the children and families we serve. The Family Worker will work closely with the clinical and residential staff, as well as the academic team in order to provide a wrap-around service to the families. This includes communication with outside agencies, treatment providers and the families. Family Workers are at the center of the services provided and play an integral role in coordinating care and interactions with families.

The Family Worker is a rewarding position that requires a knowledge of the systems within NH as well as an ability to build relationships in even the most difficult situations. Qualified applicants for the Family Worker role should have bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field; experience in applied behavior analysis, support services and/or advocacy is desirable. The Family Worker position requires experience in understanding children and family systems and behavioral approaches to treatment.
