Charitable Gaming Rent Repeal Signed into Law

Governor Sununu signed HB 1203 into law on April 16, ending the charging of rents by gaming operators to the sponsoring charities.

"By signing this bill into law, New Hampshire is ensuring that charities retain valuable earnings that serve to benefit the good work they do across the Granite State,” said the Governor in a press release. “A win for charity gaming, the charities it benefits, and the people they serve!"

The NH Center for Nonprofits thanks all of our stakeholders who joined us in advocating for rent repeal.
