Next Charter School isn’t a typical high school — and we’re not looking for a typical teacher. Founded in partnership with the Derry Cooperative School District, Next was designed to be small, flexible, and deeply personalized. Since 2013, we’ve been helping students who want something different find success through meaningful learning experiences.

We’re seeking a Special Education Teacher who is excited to work in a collaborative, student-centered environment where creativity and flexibility are valued.

What You’ll Do

• Teach small groups in areas such as Math, Reading, and Executive Functioning Skills
   
• Manage a caseload of 15–20 students
   
• Partner with general education teachers to ensure every student can access learning
   
• Lead and support paraprofessionals to maintain compliance with IEPs

Qualifications

• NH Special Education certification (or eligible for SOE / certification from another state)
   
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
