The Front Door Agency, Inc. for over 35 years has offered support and programs, fostered education to assist families and individuals transition from crisis to self-sufficiency. It is located in Nashua, New Hampshire and has a great reputation of serving families at-risk of homelessness in becoming independent through its Transformational Housing, Housing Stability, Affordable Housing, and Financial Literacy Programs.

Our main office/headquarters is located at 7 Concord Street, Nashua, NH 03064 and is open Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:30 and closed on Fridays.

About the Job

Description

The Front Door Agency (FDA) is seeking a strategic, creative and high energy marketing professional to build on past successes and take its marketing program to the next level of effectiveness. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the mission of the FDA, a keen understanding of its programs and goals, and the ability to articulate the important role the organization plays in the lives of so many families in Greater Nashua area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience with brand management, content and copy development, media relations, social media content and scheduling, and website management. S/he must possess strong verbal and writing skills, and must have a collegial, team-building style. The key role of the position will be to create and manage all print and digital content to promote awareness of the Agency's important role in the community and support the organization's fundraising efforts. 

The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; have knowledge of photo editing and graphic design software; and working knowledge of WordPress software or similar content management systems. 

The position is considered part-time hourly at 25-30 hrs/wk with future full time opportunity possible. This is an in-office position for at least the first 90 days of employment.  Hybrid may be considered upon conclusion of introductory period.
