About the Job

Description

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Finance and Administration, the HR and Finance Administrator (HRFA) provides administrative support for Seacoast Science Center’s Human Resources and financial activities, along with general administrative support. HR Responsibilities include managing and maintaining job postings, preparation of new hire paperwork, conducting new hire orientations, payroll processing, maintenance of employee records, assisting in benefits administration and maintenance.  Finance responsibilities include processing of all incoming invoices and weekly disbursements, processing of daily cash deposits and application of payments to accounts receivable records. General administrative duties include mail retrieval, bank deposits and maintenance of office supplies.
