The opportunity
The Director of Economic Inclusion works within our Business and Community Finance team to design, promote, and implement strategies to support an inclusive economic recovery and sustain long-term economic growth. They identify potential business and nonprofit loan prospects and shepherd them through the lending process, analyzing financial information from various sources to determine applicants’ viability and risk.
The person in this position supports businesses by providing 1:1 service, facilitating workshops, and connecting them with resources and opportunities within the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. They are responsible for development activities and assisting the Senior Vice President of Lending, commercial lenders, with team goals, budgeting, managing, maintaining, and developing systems as directed.
The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and organized, with excellent collaboration, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Bilingual fluency is preferred.
