Director of Agriculture

Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center is seeking a mission-driven and experienced Director of Agriculture to lead our dynamic farming operations. This full-time, year-round leadership role oversees all aspects of agricultural production, including vegetable and annual/perennial programs, native plant nursery management, research initiatives, and facilities operations. The Director will guide a team of managers, develop and implement strategic production plans, manage budgets and resources, and foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with our nonprofit mission. This position also involves working closely with external research partners, supporting regenerative farming practices, and advancing innovative strategies that promote soil health, biodiversity, and sustainability.
