Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services.

We are seeking a Development Operations Manager to join our team! Under the direction of the Chief Development Officer, this individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing organizational development processes in order to increase fundraising revenue, along with managing, monitoring, and ensuring the integrity of the Customer Relations Management (CRM) database.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversees overall management of CRM, including collaboration with internal constituents such as Finance, Development, ELT, Board of Directors and Visitor Engagement.
  • Develops and manages the internal systems of prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, with strong emphasis on major gifts prospect management, including but not limited to, portfolio management and tracking of proposals and goals.
  • Oversees donor stewardship program and provides vision to ensure the systems, processes and workflows to effectively steward donors across all areas of giving.
  • Creates and maintains system policies and procedures that promote quality donor data and data integrity; takes proactive leadership in making system recommendations that promote efficient flow of donor information to appropriate users.
  • Consults with Development staff to track and report on fundraising progress and donor trends.
  • Oversees and coordinates gift processing and gift acknowledgment.
  • Oversee custom reports and graphs showing status of fund-raising efforts including gifts received, pledges outstanding, fund balances and other information as requested.
  • Oversee the preparation of constituent lists for mailings, special events, and reports.
  • Train staff in the use of the database including constituent data entry like actions, notes, etc.
  • Perform regular database audits and cleansing.
  • Perform month end reconciliation of fundraising data with Finance to ensure the accuracy of data entered. Assist with year-end audit data requests.
  • Act as staff liaison to database system vendor.
  • Collaborate with IT staff regarding the installation of system conversions and updates, network concerns, and troubleshooting issues related to the database system.
  • Oversee the coordination of information, files and additional documentation needed to prepare for meetings, presentations, etc.
  • Must be available to assist with some department events, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of database management experience
  • Prospect research, cash management and accounting skills
  • Good verbal and written skills are essential
  • Able to maintain confidential records of the department and the agency

Compensation: Starting $65,000 annually. Additional compensation based upon experience and education.

Hours: This is a full-time position.
