Communications Partner

The Communications Partner is a full-time role that reports to the Executive Director and plays a key part in advancing the Foundation’s mission and priorities. This position is responsible for promoting the Foundation’s work and that of our grantees by creating and sharing communications across a variety of platforms. Acting as a bridge between the Foundation, grantees, the media, and the public, the Communications Partner helps strengthen the organization’s visibility and impact through creative content and media. All communications will reflect the Foundation’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion—with a particular focus on racial equity and justice—by centering authentic collaboration with community leaders and grantees. This role is also highly collaborative, working closely with other staff to align efforts and support shared goals.
