Grafton County Senior Citizens Council ( GCSCC) is a nonprofit , charitable organization. Our purpose is to develop , strengthen, and provide programs and services that support the health, dignity and independence of older adults and adults with disabilities living in our communities.
About the Job
Part-Time, 25 Hours per week. Under the direction of the CFO, responsible for the processing of all payrolls effectively, efficiently, and accurately while maintaining, managing and organizing all relevant payroll-related records and documentation. Acts as primary liaison for all companies, agencies or organizations for which payroll deductions may be required. Processes cash receipts and accounts receivable. Assists in routine network maintenance and provides end-user support. Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; must have good interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; be detail oriented and self-motivated. Must be able to work in harmony with a variety of people; possess good judgment and have the ability to accept responsibility.
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or equivalent related experience. A combination of both college and experience may be considered.
