Special grants for New Hampshire residents with disabilities.

Harry Gregg Foundation

The Harry Gregg Foundation provides grants to improve the lives of people in New Hampshire with physical, intellectual, or emotional disabilities. New Hampshire residents of any age who have physical, intellectual, developmental, or emotional disabilities (or their families) are eligible to apply for funding.

Grants may be requested for many purposes but must generally benefit the person with a disability. Eligible requests include:

  • costs (up to $500) of non-reimbursed medical or therapy treatments not covered by insurance or other programs;
  • continuing education or career development opportunities;
  • specialty equipment services or supplies;
  • respite services to the recipient or caregivers;
  • computers (up to $500) and adaptive software;
  • camp tuition and recreational activities;
  • vocational, academic classes, or specialized (requiring vehicle modifications or specialized instruction) driver evaluation and training; and,
  • modifications to living area, work site, or vehicle (vehicle repairs up to $500 with written estimate with limit of two grants).
