*New* Responsive Grant Program

The Foundation for Seacoast Health is pleased to announce the opening of their new responsive grant program. Responsive grants prioritize the following:

• Strengthen the capacity of nonprofit organizations.
• Support urgent or emerging health related issues and needs.
• Address these specific issues that require attention and for which there is inadequate funding.
  • Raising public awareness of barriers to improving health.
  • Addressing health disparities or equity issues.
  • Supporting coalitions, convenings and public/private partnerships.

Please refer to their website to review the revised Grant Making Guidelines. 

They expect to award $250,000 during this grant cycle.  The maximum request is $25,000 and organizations are encouraged to apply for new or existing programs.

The deadline for proposals is March 25, 2024.  Grantees will be notified of their status by May 1, 2024.
