Robin Allen LaPlante is a nonprofit communications specialist with experience in marketing and fundraising. With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit arts organizations, she launched her own consulting practice in 2020. Robin has worked with clients developing strategic communications plans; advising on marketing tactics to increase reach and engagement; fundraising through appeals, grants, events, and sponsorships; managing and reporting on data; and producing and executing online events. Her clients include Circus Smirkus, Vermont Youth Orchestra, Emily's Entourage, Lexington Symphony, Upper Valley Humane Society, White River Ballet Academy, Puppet Showplace Theater, Theater in the Open, Three Rivers Young Peoples Orchestras, Atlantic Symphony Orchestra, among others. Robin makes her home in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont with her husband and daughter, where they live next to some cows, sheep, and ponies.
