At Sanborn Diversity Training Solutions, our mission is to help businesses and nonprofits become "LGBTQ+ culturally competent" and to create more engaged, inclusive spaces for the LGBTQ+ workers and clients/constituents that they employ and serve. Toward that end, we provide both consulting and training (virtual and in-person).
