Antal Consulting, LLC was officially formed in March of 2007 with the intent to strengthen research-based initiatives affecting New Hampshire's ability to identify and address the range of needs of its residents.

Since then, we have provided a range of evaluation and research supports to state, regional and national organizations which are dedicated to respecting and improving an individual's life from conception onwards as well as the communities that support them and their families. By offering a variety of tools to help provide clarity to often not-so-clear issues, our goal is to help organizations come to a better understanding of the challenges they face so that they can develop more effective short term solutions and long term strategies.

We have provided research support services for a range community, state and national groups, including: Early Learning NH,  NH Occupational Health Surveillance Program, NH LEND, and the Western States Regional Genetics Network. Pro Bono supports have been provided to the NH LEND Program, NH Health Violence Prevention Program.

Description of Work Done
Through both my previous work at UNH as well as an independant consultant, I have supported a range of research and evaluation based services to the Endowment for Health over the years. My most recent work as a consultant was in leading the development, implementation, analysis, and public presentation of a research project to assess the causes of staff turnover in mental health centers across the state and to provide recommendations on how to better support staff working in child mental health services.
