The Community Resilience & Social Equity Lab (CRSEL) at Saint Anselm College is a consultancy and research center established by Dr. Loretta Brady to bring clinical science into transformational change that benefits vulnerable and marginalized communities. Our work centers Culture & Inclusion, Crisis Response & Planning, and Conflict Management.
Drawing from Trauma Informed and Conflict Mediation certifications the approach we take is enhanced by strategic teaming with human resource expertise.
CRSE Lab under psychologist Dr. Brady's direction provides organizational DEIB assessment, transformation, and services that can be customized within budget parameters.
