Karen is the COO for the Northeast region of the American Red Cross. While I was with ARC, I led the merger of the 5 chapters in NH into one new region. I did this by interviewing key internal and external stakeholders, conducting a thorough internal audit of operations and processes as well as an analysis of headcount and placement. I wrote and executed on the approved final proposal that resulted in the NH region of the ARC.
