I have more than 25 years of experience working for nonprofits, including 10 recent years in NH, and have held leadership positions in both management and fundraising. As a development director, I planned and provided hands-on implementation of highly successful fundraising campaigns. As an executive director, I provided leadership in developing and carrying out strategic goals and managed day-to-day operations including human resources, marketing, public relations, finances, and technology. My primary focus as a consultant has been grant writing (particularly government) and project management (particularly focused on the implementation of grants received). I bring to my work a high degree of professionalism, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and a deep understanding of how to help nonprofits achieve their goals.
