Alison is a founder and Consultant at BlueLion and outsourced HR Consulting Company based in New Hampshire. Our primary focus is to assist nonprofits on the HR specific business needs to ensure they have a smooth and successful organization.
Alison is currently a member of the board for Make-A-Wish New Hampshire and has volunteered for that organization for over 8 years. She knows first hand the challenges non profits face and hopes to be able to support them as they tackle challenges and overcome obstacles.
