Spaulding Youth Center Receives $5,000.00 Grant from Franklin Savings Bank

Spaulding Youth Center is excited to announce it has been honored with a grant of $5,000.00 through the FSB Fund for Community Advancement, the philanthropic arm of Franklin Savings Bank. The grant will directly support one of Spaulding’s equine therapy programs, Healing with Horses, provided through Lakes Region Riding Academy.

CATCH Receives $25,000 Grant from Tufts Health Plan Foundation

CATCH Neighborhood Housing has been awarded a $25,000 grant from the Tufts Health Plan Foundation. The grant is part of $1 million in funding the Tufts Health Plan Foundation is donating to area non-profits that are focused on health equity and the social determinants of health in honor of Tufts Health Plan’s 40th anniversary and its longstanding tradition of giving back to the community.

Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce Announces New Board Appointment

Congratulations to Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, PA Supervisor Brieanna Pettengill, CPA who will serve on the 2020 executive team as Treasurer for the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce. Brieanna joined the LMR team in 2011, overseeing many of the firm’s nonprofit, HUD and affordable housing audits.

Seacoast Science Center receives commendation from Governor Sununu

Governor Chris Sununu and the NH Executive Council presented the Seacoast Science Center (SSC) a commendation for its dedication to marine education and for being an invaluable resource for the protection of NH's coastline. The commendation was presented during the NH Executive Council meeting which was held at the science center on October 2, 2019.

Manchester nonprofits get $450K to help homeless domestic violence and sexual assault survivors

Two Queen City-based organizations have been awarded $450,000 in federal funding to launch a transitional housing program for homeless survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
