Community Caregivers Inducts Six New Board Members

Community Caregivers welcomed six new members to their Board of Directors in May, and two current Board members retired. Van Laventure of Chester is Managing Partner of Staff Hunters – Bedford, A Raven Ridge Company. He is a long-time volunteer for Community Caregivers and also serves as Treasurer for the IMA, NH Chapter.  He has also been elected for his first term as Caregivers treasurer.

Spaulding Youth Center Honored with Grant from Autism Speaks, Inc.

Spaulding Youth Center is thrilled to announce it has been honored with a $5,000.00 grant from Autism Speaks, Inc. in support of its Experiential Challenge Outdoors (EChO) program. EChO enables children to participate in outdoor adventures and education, regardless of their neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning or developmental challenges or family circumstances.

Hope for NH Recovery Hires Keith Howard as Development Director

Hope for New Hampshire Recovery (HOPE), a nonprofit that provides recovery services and community-based support to people living with substance use disorder, has hired Keith Howard, former executive director of Liberty House in Manchester, as its director of development.

Spaulding Youth Center is thrilled to announce it has been honored with a grant of $5,000.00 by the New Hampshire Electric Co-op (NHEC) Foundation in support of its Experiential Challenge Outdoors (EChO) program. Friends Program Receives $5,000 Grant from Wells Fargo

The Friends Program, which strengthens communities by building relationships that empower people, encourage community service, and restore faith in the human spirit, announced today it was awarded a $5,000 grant from Wells Fargo. Funding from Wells Fargo helps support our efforts to serve the immediate needs of more than 4,000 at-risk children, homeless families, and low-income seniors annually by connecting active volunteers to those in need in their communities to make a difference.
