Founded in 1970, Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice (LSRVNA) is a non-profit provider of home care services for people of all ages—newborns to the elderly—in 32 towns in Grafton, Merrimack and Sullivan counties.

LISTEN’s mission is to provide services and support to meet the critical needs of Upper Valley individuals and families.

As one of New Hampshire's 10 designated Area Agencies, LRCS provides community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families residing in Belknap and southern Grafton counties.

Lamprey Health Care provides high quality medical care and health related services, with an emphasis on prevention and lifestyle management, to all individuals regardless of ability to pay.

LSPA, founded in 1898, is a member-supported nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the special environment of the Lake Sunapee region, through education, research and collaborative action.

Liberty House helps homeless and struggling Veterans. We operate a food and clothing pantry that regularly serves over 130-Veterans from the community. We also provide a safe, substance-free transitional house for Veterans focused on recovery, mental and physical wellness, meaningful work, and transitioning to independence. Since 2004, Liberty House has helped more than 300-homeless Veterans.

Founded in 1978, the Lake Winnipesaukee Watershed Association's mission is to protect the water quality and natural resources of the Lake Winnipesaukee watershed now and for future generations.  Lake Winnipesaukee is a national and international scenic resource renowned for its remarkable setting, outstanding water clarity, and economic vitality. 

LPC's mission is to restore and maintain a healthy population of loons throughout New Hampshire; to monitor the health and productivity of loon populations as sentinels of environmental quality; and to promote a greater understanding of loons and  the natural world.

Land For Good is an innovative New England-wide nonprofit that envisions vibrant landscapes of working farms and thriving farmers. Our mission is to keep New England's agricultural lands working by transforming how farmers access, hold and transfer farms and farmland.
