Founded in 2010 by Sr. Jacqueline Verville, Holy Cross Family Learning Center seeks to meet the needs of the adult immigrant and refugee population on the West side of Manchester.

Hospice Help Foundation’s (HHF's) mission is to provide financial assistance to hospice patients with dire financial need to improve their quality of life and ease the burdens accompanying a terminal diagnosis.

The Hannah Grimes Center for Entrepreneurship is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides the space, tools, and connections that innovative entrepreneurs need to build strong businesses, thriving local economies, and vibrant communities in the Monadnock Region.

Along with our adoption services we provide youth education programs, community based vaccination clinics, wellness exams, behavioral training, new low cost spay and neutering and euthanasia services to help people and their pets during difficult times.

The Home Care Association of New Hampshire is a non-profit membership organization for home care agencies licensed in New Hampshire. Founded in 1974 by a dedicated group of home care leaders, the Association promotes high quality health services for individuals at home, with the goal of helping people maintain or restore their health and well being.

The Homeless Center for Strafford County (HCSC), located in Rochester, NH was founded in 1998, and is a seasonal emergency overnight shelter,serving homeless families, children and single women.

Since our founding in 1970, the Harris Center has become a transformative force in the Monadnock Region, where we promote understanding and respect for our natural environment through education of all ages, direct protection and exemplary stewardship of the region’s natural resources, conservation research, and programs that encourage active participation in the great outdoors.
