Founded in 2010 by Sr. Jacqueline Verville, Holy Cross Family Learning Center seeks to meet the needs of the adult immigrant and refugee population on the West side of Manchester. Classes are offered Monday through Thursday from 9:00 - 11:30 AM and are lead by a team of sixteen volunteer teachers. Upon registration, clients are interviewed and given an English proficiency test so that they are placed in the appropriate level class. We offer all six levels of instruction, from emergent to advanced English. The Center is a place where diversity is celebrated while clients acclimate to their new home in America.
