Founded in 1971, Lamprey Health Care is NH's oldest Community Health Center, providing primary care services to individuals in Hillsborough, Rockingham, and Strafford counties. The mission of Lamprey Health Care is to provide high quality medical care and health related services, with an emphasis on prevention and lifestyle management, to all individuals regardless of ability to pay.

Locations

We offer three primary care locations in Nashua, Newmarket, and Raymond, NH. We also offer primary care services integrated into a Behavioral Health setting. This program, InteGreat Health is offered in Nashua, in partnership with Greater Nashua Mental Health. We also provide school based dental services at 10 area schools in Rockingham county.
