Miracles In Motion

Miracles in Motion Therapeutic Riding Organization is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization and a member of (PATH) Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International.  MIM riders come from a wide range of ages (4 to 46) and of disabilities, such as: Autism, Brain Injuries, Stoke Victims, Substance Abuse, Down Syndrome, Emotional Disabilities, Hearing Impairments, Learning Disabilities, Mental Retardation, Multiple Sclerosis, Speech Impairments, Visual Impairments, and many others. Miracles in Motion (MIM) was founded in 1999 by volunteers with a heart led vision and horses whose lives were about to be transformed by the “miracle” work they now perform.   MIM has grown each year and, in 2005, purchased its new home at 118 Wyman Road in Keene, New Hampshire.  The facility includes an indoor arena, 11 stalls, several turn-out paddocks, a heated tack room and office, a wash stall and 18 acres of beautiful land all nestled rurally just minutes from downtown Keene.  This location is pivotal for MIM whose goal is to establish its roots deep within the community as a healing place for all who love horses.

Mission Statement

Miracles in Motion is dedicated to providing the “Miracle” of therapeutic horseback riding to improve the physical, emotional, cognitive and social lives of individuals with special needs.
