AIDS Response Seacoast is a non-profit community-based HIV/AIDS Service Organization, based in Portsmouth, NH, dedicated to providing education, direct assistance and advocacy to persons and communities affected by HIV infection. We provide direct service to clients at all stages of HIV infection who live in Rockingham and Strafford Counties in New Hampshire and educational programs throughout Seacoast New England. ARS evolved as a grassroots response to the epidemic in 1987 to offer vital emotional and practical support to people living with HIV infection and AIDS. Services provided by ARS are free of charge to persons living with HIV.
