Spaulding Youth Center, located on a spacious campus in Northfield, NH, is a nonprofit dedicated to improving and enriching the lives of emotionally and/or intellectually challenged children, youth and their families. Spaulding Youth Center currently has a full time day student school opportunity for a Family Worker to join our clinical team. This role provides case management and psychoeducation to the students and their families that we serve, as well as communication between families and outside agencies and treatment providers. This role will work closely with the clinical, residential and academic staff in order to provide a wrap-around service to the families. Family Workers are at the center of our services and play an integral role in coordinating care and interactions with the entire team.

Requirements for the Family Worker are a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field. Experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis, support services and/or advocacy is desirable. The Family Worker position requires experience in understanding youth and family systems and behavioral approaches to treatment. This individual must be organized, self-motivated and flexible and have a knowledge of the systems within NH as well as an ability to build relationships in even the most difficult situations.
