The Licensed Clinical Mental Health Provider will be a key partner in providing intensive services to families and children who have experienced trauma and/or are impacted by substance use, child abuse, and neglect.  The LCMH will be responsible for child and family screenings, assessments and follow up, Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) or similar parent-child therapy, responding to and making referrals as needed, actively participate in team meetings about wraparound services for TLC clients receiving or referred for CPP and prepare reports as needed for court hearings.

TLC is offering this position at 20-40 hours per week with evening and weekend hours available to provide maximum flexibility to potential applicants who may have another part-time position or applicants who desire a full-time schedule but need flexibility in their work hours.  This position will be supervised by the Family Support Program Director with mentoring from the current LCMH provider.

• Current NH Licensure or ability to obtain licensure in 2 years as an LICSW, LCMHC, or other

• CPP or similar certification and at least two years related experience required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn new evidence-based therapy models.

• Ability to work independently and be a contributing team member.

• Strong technology skills.

Essential Duties & Time On Task Expectations:

Screenings, Assessments and Meetings (35%)
• Conduct screening for depression, domestic violence, child abuse, substance abuse, and make referrals as needed.
• Conduct the PFS II Concrete Supports Survey and connect families to concrete supports.
• Conduct ASQs for children under 5.
• Attend internal TLC meetings as appropriate/requested.
• Represents TLC at external meetings as appropriate/requested.

CPP/Parent-Child Therapy (35%)

• Provide therapy to eligible families.
• Respond to and make referrals as needed.
• Document all activities in a timely manner and be prepared to testify.

Documentation (10%)
• Complete required electronic documentation and program specific forms thoroughly, accurately and on time using Apricot, QuickBase and other data platforms as required by contract
• Follow and adhere to agency policies related to securing confidential information
• Accurately report time worked using TimeWorksPlus
• Submit monthly report of activities to Program Director

Meetings/Training/Supervision 10%
• Participate in supervision and self-evaluation.
• Participate in required program specific trainings and approved professional development.
• Meet time on task expectations

Supervision (10%)
• If qualified, may provide clinical supervision to other family support staff
• If qualified, may review and sign case notes for Medicaid Billing
