We are looking for an experienced, full-time Accounting, Business Office Manager to join our team.

The Accounting, Business Office Manager is responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all business office functions in accordance with Future In Sight policies and procedures as well as generally accepted accounting principles.  This role provides a variety of accounting and administrative functions within the organization.  In addition to processing various accounting transactions, it supports other operational functions including human resources, technology, and facilities. A successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, is a quick learner and a problem solver.



Minimum Associates degree in Accounting, Bachelor’s degree preferred.  With three to five years combined experience in accounting, business, payroll, administration, and/ or human resources.


  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, Medicare and New Hampshire Medicaid reimbursement systems
  • Able to work with minimum of supervision
  • Possess excellent time management and verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer systems – accounting software and other database applications.


  • Processing payroll
  • Processing accounts payable and billing/receivables
  • Prepare bank deposit, process cash receipts & disbursements
  • Insurance verification & medical billing
  • Support employee onboarding and other HR functions including; new hire documentation, benefits renewals, and management of personnel records
  • Assist with month-end closing process; reconciliation of bank and general ledger accounts
  • Assists with oversight of building security & maintenance
  • Monitor and manage service contracts, insurances & employee benefits
  • Monitor and manage outside technology services
  • Participate in annual budget preparation
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Maintain business office records
  • Ensure the integrity of data systems and information reporting
  • Supervision of Reception/Admin Assistant staff
