Rate of pay range: $23-27.00 /hr.

Position Overview:

The Member Services Coordinator collaborates with the program team to support individualized membership (client program participation and support) and family member needs within our group-based model.  In addition to conducting outreach to referral sources in the community, the Member Services Coordinator responds to inquiries, facilitates the intake process, supports new members’ acclimation to our program, and connects members and their families to community resources. The Member Services Coordinator supports both the center-based (in-person) (75%) and virtual (25%) programs.

Requirements:

Education & Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work; master’s degree of social work strongly preferred. 
  • Degree in allied health or related field considered based on social service experience. Licensure a plus.
  • Minimum of three years client services experience required.
  • Experience working with brain injury survivors and their families a significant plus.
  • Experience providing client services in a virtual environment ideal.
  • Experience having worked in a high-performing, collaborative, and constructive work environment.

  • Stellar interpersonal skills.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Top-notch organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to immediate and long-term client and project needs in a busy work environment.
  • Positive outlook, empathic, and collaborative in style.
  • Microsoft 365 suite proficiency; client database experience.
Responsibilities:

Program Duties & Responsibilities:

Member Intake, Integration & Support

Develops, maintains, and conducts an effective member (client) intake and integration process, including: responding to inquiries; assessing needs, goals, and fit for program; determining income-based scholarship eligibility and membership fees; and supporting integration into the program and community.

Manages interagency and family communication and collaboration in support of members.
Presents key information regarding new and prospective members with program team.
Coordinates connecting members and families to community resources.

Provides supervision of undergraduate human service intern(s) in support of member services.
Maintains and reports on membership data in support of program monitoring and evaluation.

Program Operations

Supports day to day program operations, such as schedule and logistics, intern support, and problem-solving member needs.
Collaborate with program team to facilitate member engagement and personal goal attainment.

Outreach

Supports program marketing and outreach efforts, including, as assigned: communicating with and providing information to referral sources and collaborating agencies, conducting in-services and presentations, and attending networking and professional conferences/workshops.

Maintains referral and resource database and produces outreach reports.
