Lead Program Coordinator

The Lead Program Coordinator will assist the Director of Senior Programs in grant delivery and fulfillment by supporting existing Foster Grandparents in the Lakes Region to mentor and tutor students virtually and in person. Program Coordinators support Foster Grandparent volunteers; recruit and place volunteers at youth service sites and supervise the volunteers and the sites in the assigned region adapting to the evolving needs of schools and Foster Grandparents. The Lead Program Coordinator is responsible for coordination of stipend checks for enrolled Foster Grandparents and takes the lead in day to day program operations and completion of objectives. Adhering to Federal grant requirements and compliance with extensive guidelines is an important part of this role. Ability to quickly adapt to software systems and proficiency with MS Office is a requirement for this position. This is a full-time, 37 ½ hour per week position. Our office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
