Nurse - Behavioral Health

Registered Nurses for our Behavioral Health division provide valuable care as part of our supportive multidisciplinary team. As a nurse with our nonprofit agency, you will enjoy working on a dynamic team and truly making a difference every day.
This is a 16 hour per week, part-time opportunity.

A current NH RN license and a minimum of two (2) of the past five (5) years employment as a Registered Nurse is required. A minimum of one (1) year direct clinical work with chronic psychiatric population is preferred.
As local travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.
All candidates must pass a background check which includes criminal and driving records.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assessing symptoms and vital signs; administering injections when required; counseling clients and staff on health issues or concerns; conducting annual health assessments as required; consulting with staff on psychiatric and medical issues; evaluating clients for medication effectiveness and coordinating with medical providers and pharmacies; overseeing medication administration Quality Assurance; suppling clients and staff with supportive counseling on health issues; and assisting in emergency situations.
