PHP Therapist LICSW - Partial Hospital Program
Elliot Hospital, Manchester
8:00A-4:30P, Days, 40 hours / week (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm)
LICSW or LMHC for collaborative and supportive PHP program
Currently seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide group and individual counseling in a co-occurring Partial Hospitalization Program. The candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary team that provides clinical services in a program that is part of a continuum of care intended to initiate recovery and restore individuals to an active healthy lifestyle. This position is a critical part of our strategic initiative, as we focus on ending the cycle of addiction in our community.
At the Elliot’s Substance Use Disorder Department, our comprehensive services include IOP, PHP, Drug Court, MAT services ad SUD assistance throughout the hospital. We believe in integrated care and work closely with all providers and community agencies to provide a seamless coordination of care. This approach to substance use provides a quality healthcare delivery system that is team based, outcome oriented, and follows a standardized quality process that facilitates communication and coordination based on patient needs and preferences. We offer high quality healthcare services to help our patients “live better!”.
Elliot Health System (EHS), a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) entity, is the largest provider of comprehensive healthcare services in Southern New Hampshire. The cornerstone of EHS is Elliot Hospital, a 296- bed acute care facility with a Level II Trauma Center and the only dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department in Manchester.
