Manager/Family Resource Center Coordinator, Lebanon, NH. 

The Manager/Family Resource Center Coordinator supports the activities of the Family Resource Center and supports the development of best practices for home visiting staff in the Family Support Program. The Manager/FRC Coordinator assumes responsibility for the development and oversight of FRC programs and provides supervision and guidance to other program staff, including clinical, administrative and reflective supervision. Responsible for making and maintaining relationships with a wide array of community partners including, hospitals, medical providers, schools, DCYF and other social service agencies. 

This is a full-time benefit eligible position servicing the Upper Valley/Lebanon area. Waypoint is a private Nonprofit agency servicing the State of New Hampshire. Requirements:

Master’s degree with 3 years or BA/BS with 5 years related experience including prior supervisory or program experience, knowledge of community resources and a background working with families with a history of trauma including knowledge of ACES preferred. Previous experience with home visiting, infant/toddler development, and parent education desired.  The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and strong time-management skills as well as the ability to work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and situations, while engaging with multiple community partners and manage relationships.  The chosen candidate will be asked to participate in a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and have auto insurance which meets agency standards. Previous experience with Office 365 and Sharepoint desired.
