Sapphire Consutung assists  leaders develop their leadership skills and those of their teams. Through assessment, coaching and team activities, leaders gain the confidence to communicate more effectively and grow their teams. I see leadership through an EQ lens, focusing the core skills of listening, learning and leading. 

We also help with strategic planning, large scale leadership development programs and other OD projects. We have worked with Board Development and Governance issues as well.
