Judy Ringer provides conflict resolution, team building and communication training throughout the U.S. and Canada, with unique workshops based on mind/body principles from the martial art Aikido, in which she holds a second degree black belt. With expertise in Difficult Conversations and Crucial Conversations models, she brings to life key concepts such as self-management under pressure and appreciation of other viewpoints. Programs are experiential, energetic and fun. Frequently requested within the non-profit, educational and business communities, clients include The National Institutes of Health, The National Education Association, Maine Medical Center, American Red Cross, and the States of New Hampshire and Vermont.

Cross Roads House opened its doors in 1982 to assist homeless individuals and families. We have since become the largest emergency and transitional shelter in New Hampshire, serving eastern New Hampshire and southern Maine.
