RHL Strategies provides facilitation services for thoughtful, client-driven discussions as well as planning fo non-profits, businesses and other groups of all sizes. Our philosophy is simple: the client holds the key to the solutions they seek. RHL Strategies is the guide to get there. And before getting into the "how", we start with why, what, and who?
In facilitating, RHL Strategies is neutral, making sure that everyone has a chance to voice their views and to be heard In addition, RHL Strategies recognizes that often the path leads to unexpected places, and is open to shifts in conversation strategy and possibilities.
For special-event planning (meetings, conferences, off-sites, other), RHL Strategies will work with your team to create a powerful, memorable event that connects people to each other and to your organization's purpose.
Robin H. LeBlanc has a background in non-profit management and has sat on several state-wide boards and roundtables. In addition, she has a background in community planning and design, looking at communities (of place, of interest, other) as systems. For communities of place, she has focused on what makes a place appealing and "livable", as well as including diverse voices into its creation.
As a facilitator, Robin has been an active Steering Committee member of Portsmouth Listens, designing and facilitating dialogs about diverse topics important to the community. She has also worked with NH Listens, and has a diverse client client list that continues to evolve.
Robin also has an extensive background in project and program development, and has been recognized at the state level for her work.
While Executive Director of Plan NH, North was a member of the Board for over a decade. He worked with Robin in that role, as well as serving with her as an integral part of the Community Design Charrette Program and the Municipal Technical Assistance Program (MTAG), which provides funding to communities who wish to expand housing options through zoning changes.
The CACL is host to the NH Alliance for Healthy Aging, an unicorporated initiative to change the conversations about aging in New Hampshire, that will change the thinking which, in turn, will change policies to support New Hampshire as a great place to grow old in.
Robin has been part of this almost since its inception. She sat on the original Steering Committee for several years, and provided guidance in other aspects of the group. When their facilitator retired in the fall of 2021, Jennifer approached Robin to take her place. Robin has facilitated AHA's Steering Committee meetings since October 2021, and sits on the AHA Program Committee as well.
