I specialize in designing and delivering customized solutions to meet your nonprofit's needs.  To achieve this level of service consistently and to become an effective partner, I utilize the following approach:

  • Conduct a comprehensive needs analysis
  • Establish key goals and outcomes
  • Design and recommend a customized solution
  • Guide you through the implementation of the recommended solutions or implement the solution
  • Conduct a post-implementation review
  • Make necessary modifications to ensure the solution is successful

Retainer:  I can be available to you for a number of hours a month, on an ongoing basis. This is a practical, proactive and cost-effective alternative.

Coaching and Mentoring: It’s lonely at the top! I can be a resource, sounding board, and coach, for the leaders in your nonprofit organization.

Projects: My services can be contracted for an hourly or a total project fee, when you need a specific problem solved or assignment completed

Molly’s passion is to share her knowledge and experience with those nonprofits interested in thriving on every level within their organization including employees, growth, culture, revenue and more. Her ability to build consensus and to bring people together for the success of an organization and its people has made her a trusted leader.

She is a past board member of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Advisory Board, Piscataqua Region and Leadership Seacoast.  She served as a Hoffman Haas Fellowship Mentor for the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits and was a member of the Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2004 and Leadership Seacoast Class of 2011.  She has served as a lead judge for the New Hampshire Best Companies to Work for Competition and was selected as one of the leaders making New Hampshire better in the inaugural '40 Under Forty' Class.
