Human Resource Partners LLC was formed in response to a growing need for human resources assistance in companies and organizations with limited resources. No matter what size your organization, your employees are your greatest assets - the more you grow, the more extensive and complex managing those assets becomes.

Understanding and reacting to stakeholder concerns can help determine the extent to which your organization or business succeeds.  Like any winning team, those that make up the Human Resources function are only a part of the force that assures that organizational goals are met.

By partnering with stakeholders (leadership, employees, board members, volunteers, clients) and becoming familiar with the objectives of the organization, we can develop, design and deliver an effective strategy and operational plan to meet the needs of your organization.

We specialize in designing and delivering customized solutions as well as reviewing and modifying existing programs. To achieve this level of service consistently and to become an effective business partner, we utilize the following approach:

  • Conduct a comprehensive needs analysis
  • Establish key goals and outcomes
  • Design and recommend a customized solution
  • Guide you through the implementation of the recommended solutions or implement the solution
  • Conduct a post-implementation analysis
  • Make necessary modifications to ensure the solution is successful

Every organization is unique, with different challenges. That is why Human Resource Partners offers several methods of working with each of its clients based upon both your organizational needs and the nature of the services being requested.
