Communications Planning and Execution - CASA NH hired Opus to create a Communications Plan that focused on expanding awareness for thir work throughout the State of NH.  The objective of the Plan was to support volunteer recruitment efforts while also cultivating new donor prospects.  With a new Plan approved by the Board, Opus worked with CASA NH to support the Communications activities for 6 months.

PPAF has hired Opus several times.  We facilitated developing a strategic planning with the Board and Staff.  PPAF then hired Opus to support their capital campaign during a staff transition. Opus also managed the development of a booklet for PPAF that highights the value that the Festival brings to Portsmouth and the greater Seacoast area.
