My areas of expertise are in suicide prevention, multicultural facilitation, and elder wellness. After decades of service in education, first as a teacher and then as a secondary Guidance Counselor, I returned to college and earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mental Health Counseling. After working as a "fee for service" clinician at a community mental health center, I established my own consulting business.

My experiences in suicide prevention include development, implementation, and coordination of Manchester High School West's Peer Outreach Program, Panel Participant on Governor's conference on Adolescent Suicide, NH Community/School Partnership Award for Adolescent Suicide Prevention, membership on two statewide Suicide Prevention Committees: Youth Suicide Prevention Assembly and the Public Policy Sub-Committee of the Suicide Prevention Council, consulting project evaluating an evidenced based high school suicide prevention curriculum.

Some of my multicultural facilitation experiences include Chairperson and Founder of Manchester High School West's Multicultural Competency Committee that brought multicultural trainings to West faculty and staff, Member of Manchester School District "In Need of Improvement Committee: Diversity", consulting projects for a non-profit that runs diversity camps and after-school programs, Volunteer at Multicultural Family Understanding Nights (FUN) for Manchester, NH refugees, and a consulting project working with a college on their "access program" for under represented youth.

Elder Wellness experiences include facilitation of two weekly psychoeducational groups at Beaver Lake Lodge, an Elder Residential Program, administered by Center for Life Management, individual psychotherapy for three BLL residents, psychoeducational presentations to Senior Centers, Senior Day Care facilities, Parkland Medical Center, and Northwest Rehabilitation Center and serving as Center for Life Management's "point person" for statewide in-home counseling program, REAP (Refer, Educate, Assist, Prevent).  I also served on the Board of the Caregivers of Greater Derry.
