CommonLand Solutions meets the needs of nonprofits, municipalities, and cooperatives for comprehensive community development and project services. Curry’s work is grounded in the principles of the commons – the belief that community stewardship is our responsibility to sustain the physical, cultural, and natural resources we create and consume, for future generations.

CommonLand’s services include:

  • Identification of acquisition, development, preservation, rehabilitation and historic preservation opportunities for housing, community facilities, and nonprofit offices;
  • Coordination of site feasibility and conceptual site design - procuring and overseeing interdisciplinary teams of professionals to meet project planning objectives, including design, engineering, environmental assessments, and cost estimating;
  • Forming and managing development partnerships, including project sponsors, legal services, financing, funding agencies, and construction management services;
  • Developing financial pro forma, securing grant funding that leverages non-traditional resources, grant administration and compliance, and managing the development process.
