I am a financial management consultant with 20+ years' experience offering services to nonprofit organizations who are seeking a part-time or interim CFO or Finance Director. Contracting with me provides critical capacity that enables your organization to be more fiscally responsible, decreases leadership (and other staff) time spent on fiscal tasks, and increases dedicated time to the work that needs to be done to further the mission of the organization.My main areas of focus are:

• Annual budget: implement a budget process, create an annual budget, multi-year budgets, forecasting
• Financial reports: templates, budget to actual analysis, comparative reports, financial dashboard, ad hoc reports
• Grant management: budget development, grant revenue and expenditure tracking, financial reporting
• Board Support: attend Finance Committee and Board meetings to present monthly financials, annual budget, and annual audit; onboard new Board members as related to the organization’s financial reports/dashboard
• Annual audit: set up systems throughout the year to ease the workload during the annual audit, assist with the annual audit
• Other: personnel and non personnel allocations, by funding source; financial processes and procedures; Quickbooks Online and other financial systems
