I work with nonprofit leaders to develop strategies, programs and operational plans that allow for continuous adjustment to respond to the real-time needs of their stakeholders. The four pillars of my work are done in complete collaboration with my client:
Listen I capture and summarize the challenges, needs, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities of meeting the organization's mission.
Invent I facilitate engaging discussions and exercises to invent solutions for challenges and opportunities for strengthening and, if appropriate, growing an organization.
Prioritize I facilitate direct, compelling, and necessary conversations to prioritize the right work, that will have the most immediate impact to the people my clients serve.
Plan The "living" Strategic Plan I provide the organization with is meant to guide and prompt the organization to stay on target with their strategic commitments. I also suggest a process for actively engaging the Board in the regular use and ammendments to the Strategic Plan throughout the lifecycle of the plan.
