Rebecca A. Sayles has enjoyed a career spanning over 30 years with small- to mid-size cultural institutions -- as Program Officer, Director of Development, and Executive Director.  She currently provides independent advisory and interim transition services in the areas of donor research, staff and board training, fundraising planning, and grant and development communications writing.  She has taught fundraising and grant writing at Westchester Community College (NY), with an emphasis on combining sound managerial, fiscal, and fund development planning to achieve organizational stability.
