The Philanthropy Resource Group and its President, Maryann LaCroix Lindberg, CFRE, MBA, provide support to non-profits in fundraising, strategic planning and board development.  With over 40 years of experience in fundraising and non-profit management, including 15 years managing non-profit consulting firms both in New England and in another part of the country, Maryann has raised well over $100 Million for non-profits ranging from social service, health and environmental organizations to large research universities.  She loves helping boards to achieve their greatest potential and is particularly experienced helping organizations just getting started with fundraising or needing to build their programs. She has worked on fundraising campaigns ranging from $50,000 to $300 Million, and can help you take your development program to the next level.  When it comes to strategic, business and board planning, Maryann believes that plans should be simple and straightforward, and has helped many non-profits to develop plans that truly guide how they operate and evolve.  Maryann can also help with short-term assignments such as spending an hour with a board to help them understand what they need to think about in preparing for a campaign or meeting with a leadership team to provide context as they build their development staff.  She also provides interim non-profit executive staffing when required. We work throughout New England, and would be happy to talk with you about your unique needs.

Specialties: Board Governance/Development, Executive - Interim Directorship, Fundraising/Fund Development, Fundraising - Feasibility Studies, Fundraising - Major Gifts/Planned Giving, Organizational Planning - Mission & Vision Planning, Strategic/Business Plan Development
