Proactive through the Pandemic: Guiding your Nonprofit during Crises

Your nonprofit may have significantly reduced operations when the pandemic began, and some of the core practices that made it successful may have been put on hold. But research shows that if you’re proactive during crises, your organization will be able to recover more quickly.

Join us and three local experts for a thought-provoking, 3-hour virtual session focused on strategic planning, fundraising, and engaging volunteers during these unique times. Topics will include:

  • why a "living, breathing" strategic plan is even more essential now to guide decision-making and improve functioning
  • how to adopt a new strategic direction and identify how progress will be measured
  • moving beyond any reluctance to ask for money during times of economic turmoil and confidently seek funds needed to support your organization’s work
  • making the case for support, and how to position your organization to tap into people’s desire to make a difference right now
  • ways to reinvent and reenergize your volunteer program to keep your organization on mission

This program is being offered with a significantly reduced fee thanks to funding from the CARES Act.
