The Human Side of Recruitment

Please note: This event has been rescheduled from its original date of March 18 - and will now be offered as a webinar instead of an in-person session.
As our organizations reopen and re-engage volunteers in new ways, our recruitment efforts will be more important than ever. What can we learn from proven strategies to guide our new efforts? This session will explore research which can shape how we craft the “pitch” and how we have conversations with prospective volunteers to effectively inspire them to engage with our organizations. Through fun and purposeful activities, this session will introduce a framework and strategies to enhance our volunteer recruitment efforts. Participants will leave with new perspectives on recruitment and useful tools to apply immediately.
