Excellence in Governance Certificate Program, Session 4

In partnership with Saint Anselm College Ethics in Governance: Stewardship and Investor Education Forum

Ethics and Accountability in the 21st Century Nonprofit Board

Nonprofit boards have many roles to play as stewards of the organization, but none is more important than assuring ethical behavior and providing sound fiscal oversight. Join us for this four-part certificate program as we explore real-life applications of ethics and best practices in the nonprofit boardroom. Perfect for new board members or experienced board leaders wanting to brush up on new approaches.

Facilitated by: Mary Ellen Jackson, Consultant, Mary Ellen Jackson Consulting

Sessions will run from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, with a complimentary networking lunch following the program from 12:00–1:00 PM.

Session 4: Governance in Action

In the final session, we will bring together a panel of experienced board members who have “been there, done that.” They will share their insights and take questions from participants. This will be your opportunity to hear from veteran board members and ask them your burning questions. Panelists include:
